The short version

This policy covers Alamo Ranch Spotlight at https://alamoranchspotlight.com. You can browse without creating an account. Online submissions are currently closed, and this website does not load analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting the site still involves processing technical information about visits, as explained below.

What we collect and why

Website visits. Cloudflare hosts and protects this site. It processes technical information such as IP addresses, traffic routing data and browser or device information to deliver pages and help prevent abuse. This is different from signing up for a mailing list or submitting an inquiry.

Direct contact. If you call or write to us using the details below, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details and message. We use that information to respond to your inquiry or handle your privacy request.

Online submissions are closed. The giveaway, home valuation, contact and advertising forms are disabled. This website does not currently accept or store submissions through those forms, or send them to HighLevel, email automations or Meta.

Payments. This website has no checkout and does not collect payment-card details.

Email and text messages

Visiting this site or receiving a postcard does not subscribe you to email or text messages. This website does not currently enroll anyone in an email list or SMS program. Contacting us with a question is not consent to unrelated marketing.

We do not share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. If email or SMS subscriptions become available here, the signup will explain the messages, consent choices and how to unsubscribe.

Cookies and advertising measurement

We have not enabled Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics, Plausible or Cloudflare Web Analytics for this website. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technical measures when needed to secure and deliver the site.
